You're maybe used to work each day with Isabel 6. But it is well possible Isabel 6 offers functions and features unknown to you, that would allow you to work more efficiently. Below a number of tips and tricks.
When you have a lot of banks and banks accounts in your subscription, you can keep an overview by creating filters. For each filter you can define in detaill what accounts should be displayed.
There are specific reports you can plan and execute automatically. This way, your reports will be ready to use when you need them.

Do you want to update your account information multiple times per day? Use the intraday function.
This is best taken up with your bank(s). Define upfront what accounts should be added and what mandates the exisiting users in the subscription should get on these accounts.
Simply set a flag and the totals of the account information will be calculated.
A useful function that makes is possible to create group of payments that can be reused later, for example for recurring payments such as rents.
Sometimes you want to hide the details from a group payment, so only the global amount remains visible.
If you want to reuse a group of payments with the option to modify the content (amounts, messages) the next time you use them, you can work with templates.
It is possible to copy a payment executed in the past and reuse it by cloning it, with the option to change the details.
