Work with filters
When you have a lot of banks and banks accounts in your subscription, you can keep an overview by creating filters. For each filter you can define in detaill what accounts should be displayed.
This is best taken up with your bank(s). Define upfront what accounts should be added and what mandates the exisiting users in the subscription should get on these accounts.
If you want to reuse a group of payments with the option to modify the content (amounts, messages) the next time you use them, you can work with templates.
