When you consult account information the number of transactions is limited to the first 3000 transactions. If you require to view more we advise you to use the built in search, Isabel Offline Reporting or download and import your reporting files so you can manage your account information through your accounting software.

When you view transaction details and there are more than 700 transactions in your group you will be unable to view the details of your payment. If you want to view the details you can use the print feature where you will be able to view more details or use your accounting software to create a report of the uploaded banking file.
