Installation of your certificate failed

  1. Activate your Isabel SmartCard via the cardactivator.
  2. Remove the Isabel SmartCard from the reader.
  3. Disconnect the card reader and plug it into another USB port. 
  4. Unplug the USB cable from the card reader itself, then reconnect it.
  5. Insert your Isabel SmartCard.
  6. Go to Start > Isabel Services > Isabel Control Panel > Install your certificate.
If the issue is not solved, consult your IT to proceed with the next steps
  1. Go to Start > Isabel Services > Isabel Control Panel > CA (admin rights are required)
  2. Run the Isabel Control Panel "as admin" to install your certificate.  
  3. Verify the settings of the proxy server and/or firewall.
  4. Remove the Isabel 6 Security Components and reinstall the latest version via our download area.
  5. Check if there are specific security software packages installed (or any other programs that might interfere with the workings of Isabel 6).
