Installation of your certificate failed

Important: If you are using your Isabel SmartCard for the first time, be aware that your card needs to be activated before it can be used. To do so, go to our card activation tool.

In case the card has been activated but you have a problem installing the certificate, follow the instructions below.

  1. Remove the Isabel SmartCard from the reader.
  2. Disconnect the card reader and plug it into another USB port. 
  3. Unplug the USB cable from the card reader itself, then reconnect it.
  4. Insert your Isabel SmartCard.
  5. Go to Start > Isabel Services > Isabel Control Panel > Install your certificate.
If the issue is not solved, consult your IT to proceed with the next steps
