Error: "Installation of your certificate failed"

Resolution:

  1. If you are using your Isabel SmartCard for the first time, please be aware that your card needs to be activated before it can be used.
    If the card is not activated yet, go to our card activation tool.

  2. Disconnect the card reader and plug it into another USB port. Unplug the USB cable from the card reader itself, then reconnect it.

  3. Install your certificates:
    1. Go to Start > Isabel Services > Isabel Control Panel
    2. Doubleclick on 'CA'
    3. Doubleclick on 'Install your certificate'
If the issue is not solved, consult your IT to proceed with the next steps

Verify the settings of the proxy server and/or firewall.
