Resolution:

1. Check the local PC date & time settings

The upload/download fails if these is too much difference between the time and date on the Isabel verification server and the user's date & time.

Folow this solution: The date and/or time on the PC differ too much from the date and time on the Isabel Server. What to do?

2. Network settings
  1. Verify with your IT or system administrator that your proxy and/or firewall are configured correctly.
  2. Close your browser and login to Isabel 6.
3. Remove and install the Isabel security components
  1. Remove the Isabel 6 Security Components.

  2. Install the latest version of the Isabel 6 Security Components via the download area.

  3. Reboot the pc.
