You are on the Isabel 6 welcome page but cannot access your ebanking application. You will notice one of the messages below at the bottom of the login button:

One or more contracts are not associated with a profile

When a new bankcontract has been added to your Isabel 6 contract, you need to add this bankcontract to a new or existing profile.

It is not allowed to have the same account number in one combination of contracts. Please appoint the different contracts to different profiles.

To solve this, please assign one of the contracts the bank has created for you to another "Profile".

Or contact the bank that created more than 1 contract for you and ask them to remove the double account in the contract.
