Please verify if the Isabel security components are installed.
If you upgraded your operating system from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 or Windows 10:
Verify your version of the Isabel Security Components via the button:
Alternatively: Open the Isabel 6 Control Panel (Start > (All Programs >) Isabel Services > Isabel 6 Control Panel) & Doubleclick Version.

To make sure that none of the items above are blocked in the Group Policy settings, ask your IT to check these settings.
Verify your version of the Isabel Security Components via the button above.
Version < 6.34
Version > 6.34
Only if the Isabel version is lower than 6.33
If the version is 6.33 or higher, the restart service isn't available anymore.
If you cannot find the Isabel Control Panel , this indicates that the Isabel Security Components are not installed on your computer. Please download & install the Isabel Security Components and try again to log on to Isabel 6.
If the issue persists, try again in one of the other supported browsers.
