Resolution:

  1. If you lose your Isabel SmartCard, there is a risk that someone will find your card and retrieve the password (even if your card has not been activated yet). That is why it is in your greatest interest that your card gets blocked immediately.



    Call Card Stop immediatly on +32 (0)70 344 344  (24h/7days) They will inform Isabel and take care of it.
    Make a note of the report number that Card Stop will give you. That way, Isabel Customer Care will be able to assist you in issuing a new card more quickly after you have reported the loss or theft.
