Note: If you are working in a network environment and the database is used by multiple users, make sure only 1 user is using Isabel Offline Reporting at any one time. Simultaneous access by multiple users is not supported and will cause issues.
If the issue persists, the Isabel 6 Security Components might not be installed or corrupted, please install the latest version of the Isabel 6 Security Components.
When you are confronted with this issue, the install probably became corrupted and now a clean reinstall needs to be done. This can also be related to a lack of certain user rights, if you are unable to execute the following reinstall instructions, this might be an indication of that. If that is the case, go to step 4 and try those instructions.
!!!! The following instructions mean a complete reinstall, it is strongly advised to make a backup of your database !!!!!
Please follow the instructions in the accordion box 'How to create a backup of your IOR database'. Once you have finished these instructions, please return to this accordion box!
This user access is controlled by the user policy DisableRegistryTools. Your IT or system administrator can find this in [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System].
