Resolution:

Sign is unavailable
  • You didn't select a transaction.
Solution: Select one or more transactions before using the sign option.
  • The transaction is not valid and you get a red icon.
Solution: Consult the details of the transaction to see the error description and correct the cause of this error.
  • The extra conditions on the transaction are not yet accepted.
Solution: Consult the details of the transaction and accept the extra conditions.
  • You do not have the permission or mandate to sign this type of transaction.
Solution: In Isabel 6 the number of required signatures or the way a certain type of transaction needs to be signed depends on how the bank of your ordering account has defined this in your contract. In case the Sign option is not available after selecting a transaction, then please contact the bank of your ordering account to check and adapt your signing rights *.

(*) Important: In case your bank needed to alter your signing rights, you will need to upload the transaction again. When the transaction has been created through the payment wizard you will have to modify the transaction and save it again before the new mandates will be taken into account. For example you could alter a random character to the name or update the execution date, etc. After saving it alter this value back to its original state, save the file again and sign it.
