Reactivate your IsaKey
to set a new PIN code

 

 

Step by step process with screens

1. Click "NEXT"

2. Scan the Cronto and fill in the Serial number on the screen

3. Click "CONTINUE" and click "NEXT"

4. Scan the Cronto

5. On the IsaKey, press "Yes"

6. Choose your peronal PIN and provide the code on the screen, click "NEXT"

7. Scan the Cronto and provide the code on the screen, click "NEXT"  

8.  Your IsaKey is unlocked ansd usable with your new PIN, click "CLOSE"  

 

I do not have a working Isabel Card

You can request a One Time Activation Code.


Send an email to customercare@isabel.eu, provide:

  • Your User id.
  • A copy of your eID.
  • Your delivery address.
