Faster onboarding
with verified company data in one place
KYC shouldn’t mean endless back and forth. Kube makes it easier to share, access and reuse verified company data for Know Your Customer processes. One secure environment connects AML-regulated organisations that need KYC information with the companies that provide it.
Kube centralises business data across 97 standardised fields and 7 KYC domains, aligned with AML-legislation.
Verified by four leading banks and continuously maintained, Kube data supports consistent and reliable KYC processes.
Company data is only accessible to Kube members with an existing commercial relationship, under clear governance and GDPR-aligned safeguards.
KYC, or Know Your Customer, is part of the wider anti-money laundering (AML) framework. It helps banks, insurers and other AML-regulated organisations verify business partners, assess risk and comply with regulation.
This process typically involves three crucial steps: collecting company data, verifying that data and carrying out a risk analysis. Kube simplifies the first two by centralising verified business data in one secure place. The risk analysis is unique to each organisation and remains your own responsibility.
Kube gives AML-regulated organisations fast access to verified company information. No more chasing data across different sources or spending valuable time verifying it yourself. With reliable, already verified KYC data, onboarding and periodic reviews move faster and compliance is easier to manage.

with reliable, up-to-date data
Kube helps your organisation easily access verified business information.
When a business relationship starts, a Kube member bank adds the company's data to Kube.
The bank then verifies the data according to Kube's agreed-upon standards, helping ensure consistency and compliance across the network.
Once verified, the data is made available on Kube with a clear verification status, so other authorised organisations can access it where relevant.
When company data changes, member banks update it in Kube so current information remains available over time.
KYC data is securely shared within the trusted Kube community and accessible only to AML-regulated organisations that need it. Compliance is a given: aligned with European AML regulation, GDPR-compliant, externally reviewed, and fully auditable. All data is securely stored on European servers, in line with ISO standards.
