How to recognize a suspicious screen in Isabel 6 ? 

  • When you log on to Isabel 6 you only have to enter your PIN code once. If you see anything different when logging on, you must report it as quickly as possible.
  • If you have set a language in Isabel 6 (Dutch, French, English or German) then all of the pages that you view in Isabel 6 should appear in that language without any errors. Screens that appear with different languages in them or with obvious language errors should be treated as being suspicious.
  • When signing transactions, you will always be given a summary of what you are signing for. Check what you are signing. Never sign anything unless you are totally confident about it. Report any suspicious transactions immediately to the helpdesk.
