- Once you have activated your new SmartCard, you must log in with this card. The old red (or gray) card was deactivated when you activated the new SmartCard.
- You are not using an Isabel SmartCard - possibly a bank specific card (such as a KBC/CBC-Online for Business or BNP Paribas Fortis Easy Banking Business card). You can only log on to Isabel 6 with an Isabel SmartCard.
- Try to access Isabel 6 using following address: https://www.isabel.eu/login6/. If you can access Isabel 6 using this address then only use this link to access Isabel 6 and update your bookmarks/favorites (if needed).
- Verify that your browser accepts cookies.
- You can verify the status of our Isabel 6 services.
