Error: "A branding library has been found, but it's badly or not signed ..." when trying to logon to Isabel 6

Resolution:

Start with a few simple actions that might resolve your problem:

  1. Close your browser.
  2. Remove the Isabel SmartCard from the reader.
  3. Disconnect the card reader and plug it into another USB port. 
  4. Unplug the USB cable from the card reader itself, then reconnect it.
  5. Now, insert your Isabel SmartCard and try to logon to Isabel 6.
