Possible problems while activating an IsaKey

Issue using the One Time Activation Code - Invalid activation Code, please try again.

Retype the code and click on "Show activation code" to see what you have typed.

If you entered the correct code, it might be that you did not yet do the securitycheck.

Go to https://www.isabel.eu/isakey/confirm

The IsaKey cannot scan the image - No valid image found. Please scan the image again.

1. Make sure the lens of the IsaKey camera is clean.

2. Make sure that the image fits in the IsaKey screen.

Send a mail to customercare@isabel.eu with a print screen of the whole PC screen and the model/type of the screen.

 

The provided serial number is incorrect or the device is not activatable for you. Please verify the serial number and try again.

Make sure you are using an IsaKey that is assigned to your company.

Clear the cache of your browser
Clear cache Chrome
  1. PC : push the keyboard combination CTRL + SHIFT + DEL.
    Mac : push the keyboard combination CMD + SHIFT + backspace.
  2. Next to Time range select All time.
  3. Make sure you do not clear your saved passwords of the browser
  4. Click CLEAR DATA.
Clear cache Firefox
  1. Click the Library icon located in the top-right corner and select History.
  2. Select Clear Recent History...
  3. Next to Time range to clear select Everything.
  4. Click Clear Now.

 

Clear cache Edge
  1. push the keyboard combination CTRL + SHIFT + DEL.
  2. Make sure you do not clear your saved passwords of the browser
  3. Click Clear.
Clear cache Safari
  1. Click Safari in the menu bar in the top left corner and select Clear History...
  2. Next to Clear select all history.
  3. Click Clear History.
  4. Click Safari in the menu bar in the top left corner and select Preferences > Advanced.
  5. Tick Show Develop menu in menu bar.
  6. Click the Develop menu > Empty Caches.
