Don’t worry, Isabel Group will invite you in the course of 2024, to apply for your personal IsaKey yourself. There is no action currently required on your part!

IsaKey supports any PC with web browser (Windows, MacOS, ChromeOS, Linux). Good to know: IsaKey is wireless and therefore requires no security components or card reader installation. When using IsaKey for the first time, simply activate it using your SmartCard and you're good to go!

There is no action required on your part. Isabel Group will invite you to apply for your IsaKey over the course of 2023-2024 by asking you to confirm your address.

- Always use your IsaKey when you log in and sign payments in Isabel 6. Eventually, you will no longer be able to use your card on Isabel 6.
- However, keep your Isabel card. For access to some bank specific applications and a few government applications (eGovernment), you will still need to use your card.
No, if you continue to use your Isabel card for access to bank specific applications or to government applications, do not remove the Security Components just yet.
