⚠️ Beware of telephone fraud

Scammers are making automated calls, or robocalls, claiming to be from Isabel. They report supposedly suspicious payments and ask you to press a key to speak to an employee. They then try to convince you to install remote access software such as AnyDesk.

Do not engage, do not install any software and end the call. If in doubt, contact Isabel yourself through the usual channels.
