Some governmental instances offer online applications of which the access is protected. Most of these applications are accessible with your Isabel SmartCard.
The Isabel card is only used to identify the user and to place electronic signatures. Questions about using an Isabel SmartCard to access the applications and the usage of the applications must be addressed to the respective governmental instances.

Each governmental instance can decide independently whether or not to support the Isabel card. Please consult the access conditions for the eGovernment application intended for more information.
Each Isabel user can use his card to access eGovernment applications. Usually, so called “function cards” are not accepted by the governmental instances.
The Isabel SmartCard is used to identify the user and to put an electronic signature. You can direct questions about the use of the Isabel SmartCard within these applications to the specialized services of these public authorities.
Add a new user to your Isabel subscription without granting him any banking mandates. The user will receive an Isabel SmartCard but will have no access to Isabel 6.
