Plug in your Isabel Card Reader
If this message does not disappear after inserting the card reader follow these steps

Insert your eID card in the Isabel card reader.
Please make sure to insert your eID Card in the Isabel Card Reader.
After you inserted your eID, the eID software is launched, this can take up to 2 minutes. If nothing happens, make sure that the eID software is installed. (download)

Enter the eID PIN. After the PIN code, leave the eID in the reader!
