How can I filter my account information?

Installing a filter in your account information gives you fast and easy access to the details you want to see. For example, you can install a filter that enables you to see only those of your accounts that are in American dollars. Better still, installing a filter only takes a minute.

You can also use the preinstalled filters in the Transactions and Sent Transactions tabs.

Converting account numbers from BBAN to IBAN format

When making a SEPA transfer, you will need the payee's IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and BIC (Bank Identifier Code) codes instead of the conventional structure of account number in BBAN format (xxx-xxxxxxx-xx). So, if you haven't yet done so, you will need to convert your payee details from the old Belgian BBAN format to IBAN and BIC.
The best way to do is to use the Counterparty Converter. With the Counterparty Converter you can:

  • convert one Belgian account number quickly from BBAN to IBAN format.
  • convert your beneficiaries from Isabel Business Suite 5.0 and transfer them to Isabel 6.
  • convert beneficiaries from your ERP or accounting package and transfer them to Isabel 6.
