- Go to the Transactions area and change your filter to Transactions to be signed.
In case you have accounts of multiple banks, a second filter will be available to sort your transactions accordingly by bank. This filter contains all the ebanking contracts you're registered to:
- If you still cannot see the transaction(s) :
- In case of a transaction:
- Either delete the transaction and recreate it or slightly modify the existing transaction, save it, undo the modifications and save it again.
- In case of an uploaded file:
- verify with the person who performed the upload if he received a warning during the upload.
