You are unable to see the transactions that need your signature.

When you look in the Transactions area you can't find your transactions to be signed.

Cause:

  • A filter is hiding the transactions to be signed.
  • You are using Isabel 6 for the first time: you do not have signing rights for the payments that already existed before you started using Isabel 6.
  • Your acces has been blocked recently: you do not have signing rights for the payments created during this period.
  • You didn't subscribe to the Signing module or the Standard module.
  • You don't have sufficient rights to view the transaction(s).
  • If it concerns a transaction that contains an uploaded file, the person who performed the upload received a warning. That warning was ignored instead of accepted

Resolution:

  1. Go to the Transactions area and change your filter to Transactions to be signed.


     
  2. In case you have accounts of multiple banks, a second filter will be available to sort your transactions accordingly by bank. This filter contains all the ebanking contracts you're registered to:

  3. If you're still not able to view your payment, please make sure you're at least subscribed to the Signing module or Standard module.

  4. If you still cannot see the transaction(s) :

    • In case of a transaction:

      • Either delete the transaction and recreate it; or
      • slightly modify the existing transaction, save it, undo the modifications and save it again.
