To request a change for a transaction:
- Go to the Transactions tab.
- Open the details of the transaction that needs to be modified.
- In the navigation pane under Actions, click Request change.
The Request Change pop-up window appears.
- Select one of the two options and provide feedback in the field below the options.
- Because one or more of the fields are not correct.
- For another reason: fill in the reason for the change request (optional).
- Click the OK button.
You return to the transactions overview. The transaction appears with the icon in the Action column.
