Nothing happens when you want to logon to the Isabel6 application via the Isabel 6 portal

Resolution:

1. Reload the page
  1. Press CTRL + F5.

  2. Close all browser windows and reopen a new one (or reboot the PC).
2. Clear cache

Please follow the steps below if the problem persists:

  1. Close Internet Explorer.
  2. Open Internet Explorer and make sure the Isabel website is not opened.
  3. Open the Delete Browser History window by using the key combination CTRL + SHIFT + DEL. If the window does not appear go to the Tools menu (> Safety) > Delete browser history.
  4. Here you can select what you want to delete. Make sure Temporary Internet Files and Cookies are selected and Preserve Favorites website data is not selected.

  5. Confirm by clicking Delete.
  6. Try again to sign in to Isabel 6.
