Resolution:

You have selected the wrong certificate.

Close all open Internet Explorer windows and restart Internet Explorer.

Logon again and when prompted, select the correct certificate.

 

Tips:

In case there would be certificates in the list, you no longer need, you can remove a certificate from your computer.

If you notice that your certificate is missing, click the green button below.
