Isabel Offline Reporting is currently installed on a computer that is not working

Please consult your IT or system administrator for help with these steps.

  1. Isabel Offline Reporting stores it's data in the profile folder from the user (%appdata%\Isabel Services\Offline Reporting\). If you have access to the recovered data the full path will be: x:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Isabel Services\Offline Reporting\
(here, x is the assigned drive letter).
  2. In the Offline Reporting folder you can find the folder "db". Backup this entire folder to save your data.
  3. Install Isabel Offline Reporting on your new computer. During this installation you have the option to store the data on an alternatieve location. Please write this location down if you choose this option.
  4. Start Isabel Offline Reporting for the first time and close it.
  5. Locate the same db folder on your new computer and replace it with the recovered one from the old computer.

If you are unable to locate the db folder you can search the entire drive for the file "db.lck" (include hidden files and folders in your search). This is a file that is located in the db folder of Offline Reporting. Once found you can continue with next step of the process.
