U kunt hier een Isabel-chipkaart bestellen. Klik op de naam van de bank die uw vorige Isabel-kaart heeft bezorgd.
Download daarna het formulier op deze webpagina, vul het in en stuur ten slotte de getekende bestelbon naar het faxnummer dat u vindt bovenaan het bestelformulier. Gelieve hiervoor uw abonnementsnummer bij de hand te hebben.
Opgelet: gebruikers die nog nooit een Isabel-kaart ontvangen hebben, worden verzocht contact op te nemen met hun bank.
