       Note

If the Isabel 6 Secure Signing Card you are using was provided after 21 June 2010, the window will also display the card ID.

      .

When the signature window appears, insert your Secure Signing Card in the card reader, type your password and click the  button.

The Isabel 6 Welcome Page appears.

  2. On the Welcome Page, click on Subscribe to modules to activate the modules for the currently logged on user (not for the entire subscription).

The Subscribe to modules window appears (this can take a little while).

  3. In the Subscribe to modules window you can select the required modules. The total price will appear at the bottom of the list.

An Isabel subscription always contains at least one user with one Standard Module. Other users of the subscription may choose the Standard Module or the Signing Module. You can extend the standard module with optional modules according to your preference.

    The different modules explained:

    Standard Module:

Creation and import of transactions: You can enter your domestic and foreign payments manually or import them from your accounting software. To speed up the process of entering your payments, you can compile a personal list of all data of beneficiaries you often use. If you select the name of a beneficiary from that list, all relevant data is entered automatically in the transaction form.

Retrieving and viewing account information: Isabel 6 allows you to consult at any time the daily status of your accounts from your bank(s). The account information will remain at your disposal until you decide to remove it. You can print detailed reports of all your accounts and transactions. Using filters and the possibility to search the required details allows you to manage a large number of accounts.

    • Direct Debit

If you have a direct debit agreement with your customers, your invoices can be settled automatically using the Direct Debit module. You must give a Direct Debit order to the bank for each invoice. You can create an order for each debtor separately or for a group of debtors. You can, of course, also import direct debit files that were created using your accounting software.

    • MultiSign

In large companies and organisations, it is not unusual for large payments to require more than one signature, especially for certain big amounts. Also, the person preparing the payments is often not the one who actually has the authority to sign. If you activate the MultiSign module, a transaction can be signed by several cardholders at the same time.

You can also have transactions signed remotely by inviting the different signers by email or you can ask them to sign the transactions on your PC (with the Switch signer function).

Joint signatories only need to install the Isabel Security Components and activate the Signing module. Of course, to be able to attach a digital signature, both need a Secure Signing Card and card-reader.

A second advantage of the MultiSign module is the possibility to select the option Send when sufficiently signed. This means that the transaction will be automatically sent to the bank once it has the required signatures added to it.

    • Download bank files

If you regularly receive account statements (CODA, SWIFT or other files) from your bank, you can place them in a directory on your hard disk using the optional Download bank files module and then work on them in your accounting or ERP system. Using this module means that you no longer have to enter data twice, which represents a significant saving in time spent.

    • Upload of cheques & various files

This optional module enables you to upload free format files and cheques (RCA files).

    • Isabel go

When you activate the Isabel go module, you will be able to send payments directly from your accounting software to the Isabel 6 portal. Other Isabel users can then log on and add their signatures.

       Note
This module is only applicable if your accounting software originates from an Isabel Software partner
      (http://www.isabel.eu/forbusiness/en-US/company/partners/software-partners.php).

You can now also get account statements directly in your accounting software. Which makes reconciliations a whole lot easier and which makes it impossible to lose information by using a third party conversion tool.

    Signing Module:

This module enables mandatories (managing directors, for example) to view and sign transactions prepared by someone else (the accounting department, for example). The person creating the transaction can trigger a process in Isabel 6 which will invite mandatories to sign a transaction. The mandatory can also log on to the Isabel 6 eBanking application from his computer and consult the transactions that need your signature.

The mandatory only needs to install the Isabel 6 Security Components (if not yet installed) and activate the Signing Modules. Of course, to be able to attach a digital signature, a Secure Signing Card and card-reader is required.

     Note
You don't have to subscribe to any specific module to use Zoomit. Zoomit is an integral part of the application/solution Isabel.

  4. After the selection of the required modules, click Save. A window containing your order will appear:

  5. When you agree with the order, type your password and click the  button.
The Isabel 6 Welcome Page appears again.

 Warning
When you have subscribed to the Isabel 6 modules for the first time, you should wait 30 minutes before starting the Isabel 6 eBanking application.
