How to configure your browser settings in conjunction with a proxy server for even better performance in Isabel 6?
Many organisations and companies use a proxy server in their networks. A proxy server is a computer that operates as a link between a web browser (such as Internet Explorer) and the Internet. Proxy servers enhance web performance and make sure that only authorised users are able to retrieve information from specific sites. Contact your network administrator to verify if your company is using a proxy server. Even if you don't use a proxy server, it won't do any harm to tick the last option. For Internet Explorer 6 and 7:
By default 'Use HTTP 1.1' and 'Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections' are already activated in Internet Explorer 7. 29983
