How to receive an e-mail automatically when a payment is ready for you to sign?

If each user in the subscription specifies his/her own (professional) e-mail address in the field on the Preferences screen, he/she will be informed automatically when a payment is ready for him/her to sign.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Start Isabel 6 and click on Preferences in the bottom left-hand corner of the main screen.


  2. Click on the first tab General in the Manage User Preferences screen.
  3. On the third bullet there is a tick box. Tick this box and in the field nearby specify the (professional) e-mail address to be used for sending you messages. You will be informed automatically via e-mail when a payment is ready for you to sign. Click on Save to save the settings.
