How can I find my Subscription number or User ID and other information on my profile as Isabel 6 user?

The following user information is printed on the card Secure Signing Card:

  1. Name of the organization
  2. Name of the user
  3. User Id*: 5-xxxxxxx-yyy-zz 
  4. Card Id: yyyyyyyyyyyy

(*)The User Id or PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) is your identification number within the Isabel environment: 5-xxxxxxx-yyy-zz (e.g.: 5001000100565)

  • Every User Id starts with 5
  • The 7 following digits (xxxxxxx) represent your Subscription number (e.g.:5005449011023)
  • The 3 following digits (yyy) represent your User number (e.g.: 5005449011023)
  • The 2 last digits (zz) are the check digits (e.g.: 5005449011023)
