You can order an Isabel Chip Card via this page. Click on the name of the bank that delivered your previous Isabel Card.
You can then download the order form, fill it in, sign it and fax it to the fax number indicated on top of the order form. With this intention, prepare your Isabel subscription number.
Remark: users who never received an Isabel Card before should contact their bank.
