Information and liability. Isabel reserves the right to change information that is published on the website at any time. Isabel gives absolutely no guarantee that the website will function properly and cannot be held liable in any manner for the website not functioning properly, temporary unavailability of the website or any form of damage that may derive from access to and the use of the website.

By using Isabel Products, you expressly agree to the manner in which Isabel NV collects and processes your personal data. In the context of the website, the personal data that is processed by Isabel is received from you directly by Isabel N.V. or received by it from the parties to which it is contractually bound (hereafter called “Partners”) to supply services to you in the context of Isabel Products.

Normally, these personal data pertain to your business contact information such as your name, the name of your employer, the address of your business and your e-mail address.

Storing of technical data. When visiting the website, technical data like the type of browser, the IP address, the connection details (log files), the audit trail, the platform and digital signature (certificates) used are retained. ‘Cookies’ may be placed on your hard drive solely for the purpose of better attuning the website to the needs of the returning visitor. Entry and registration of personal data. While surfing the website the visitor has the opportunity to
a) fill in forms on which he is requested to leave certain information (for example: information request form, registration for seminars, candidate nomination forms, etc.),

In terms of the Act of 11 December 1998, you have the right to inspect and accordingly you are entitled to correct your personal data: you have the right to be informed about your personal data that Isabel possesses. To make use of these rights you must contact the person responsible for the protection of your personal privacy at privacy@isabel.eu or by means of a signed and dated request addressed to Isabel NV, Keizerinlaan 13-15, 1000 Brussels. Isabel NV is obliged to respond to your request within the time prescribed by law.

Protection of privacy, security rules, checking and right of review. Isabel is obliged to take all possible measures to guarantee the protection of personal information by means of technical security prescriptions and an adapted security policy that is applicable to all its employees. Isabel NV takes appropriate technical and organisational measures that are necessary for the protection of your personal data against abuse, destruction, loss or any other action that could endanger the safe storage of your personal data.

For this purpose, Isabel NV has extensive and strict security measures to prevent unauthorised access to your personal data or abuse thereof.

Applicable law and competent courts. Unless otherwise foreseen by obligatory legislation, Belgian law is applicable to the current conditions for the protection of personal privacy. All remarks with regard to these general conditions must be addressed to privacy@isabel.be.
In the event of a dispute, the courts in Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Intellectual property rights All texts, works, drawings, images and data (hereinafter collectively referred to as 'Information') as well as all names, trading names, domain names, brands, logos and other elements of this website are protected by intellectual property rights of Isabel and of third parties.

Isabel WebSign, Isabel Business Suite, Zoomit and Isabel are trade names of Isabel. The reproduction, processing, adaptation, publishing, distribution or despatching, sale or transfer in any other manner to third parties of the information, names, trade names, domain names, brands, logos and other elements published on or via this website are strictly prohibited.
