AXI FinanceAXI Finance is the financial system that has now been implemented in some 170 organisations within the Benelux countries. AXI Finance consists of the following modules:
AXI Invoice ManagementAXI Invoice Management is the solution for organisations that want to electronically approve their incoming invoices. Invoices may be received electronically or may be scanned in. They are then digitally approved. AXI Invoice Management may be linked to AXI Finance as well as to other financial packages. AXI Purchase Order ManagementAXI Purchase Order Management gives you the ability to have an extensive solution in the areas of purchasing and logistics. It gives you all of the necessary functionality for your purchasing organisation and the management of your warehouses. The options include digital approval of internal and external order requests based on ranges of catalogues. You also have available an extensive application to manage contracts, including their workflow (and extension).
AXI Information ExperienceIt is not always easy to provide your management team with clear, standard reports based on reliable data. AXI Information Experience offers you a diversity of solutions for your different reporting needs. This may involve reports based on one source system or (combined) management information from various source systems.
