Prerequisites

  1. Working with the Isabel software (V5.0 or higher): you must have at least Isabel Business Suite 5.0 or Isabel WebSign 5.0. Previous versions of our software are not compatible with Isabel OfficeSign 5.0. If necessary, order an upgrade to version 5.0 here or contact your bank for a new Isabel 6 subscription.

  2. Using a Secure Signing Card: only the Isabel Secure Signing Card can be used with Isabel OfficeSign 5.0. Complete this form to order this chip card.

  3. Setting your connection: here is information for configuring your PC correctly to be able to work with Isabel OfficeSign 5.0.

Note: you will find a table here summarising which versions of the Windows operating system and Microsoft applications are currently supported by Isabel OfficeSign 5.0.
