Isabel 6: Limited Access

First of all, a big thank you to all our customers who have taken part in the Isabel 6 Discovery Phase until October 2009 and have agreed to give us feedback on the installation and use of this new version.

We were agreeably surprised by the success that the Isabel 6 Discovery Phase has enjoyed an we are even obliged to dampen our customers' enthusiasm a little, because we do not yet have the tools for maximum automation of the move from Isabel Business Suite 5.0 to Isabel 6. In order to respond to the applications within reasonable timeframes, we are obliged to filter them according to the criteria described below more strictly.

Conditions to be met

In practical terms, we are currently only accepting

  • New customers who have not worked with Isabel before.
  • Existing customers who want to incorporate Isabel into an accounting package that is certified for Isabel 6 (Centric, Ciel!, Claerhout Computer Engineering, C-Logic, DBFACTw, DeskSolutions, Kluwer Software, Microsoft Dynamics, Ordiges, Sage, SAP, Syscom, Systemat, TopPower, Vanmarcke, Winauditor, Winbooks and Wings).
  • Existing customers who want to make payments that meet SEPA/XML standards.

Request handling

If you meet these conditions, your candidature will be put on the waiting list. Only after acceptance of your request by your bank(s), your accountancy software and Isabel - and only insofar as places become available - will we give it a favourable outcome.

For info, we do not automatically copy the set-up of your Isabel Business Suite 5.0 subscription into Isabel 6 (number of users, optional modules selected, accounts in various banks, and so on). Everything has to be redefined in a new agreement before being manually configured in our servers. This is why we would like to warn you that these tedious administrative exercises require considerable patience and a lot of time.

Rejected candidatures

If you already use Isabel Business Suite 5.0 and if you do not meet the pre-requisites, we would advise you to continue to work with this version until the new product becomes generally available.

Applying for candidature

With full knowledge of the facts, you would like to apply for candidature? Please contact your bank via this on line form that will inform you, within a week, about the contractual aspects, the available modules and the various possibilities.
The bank will invite you to come signing your Isabel 6 Contract if your candidature has been accepted.

Within a week of signing your Isabel 6 Contract, you should receive your card-reader through the post, along with a letter containing your temporary password and asking you, for security reasons, to go to your bank in order to collect your chip card.
