Mark is an accountant at the ABC Company. He uses an accounting package that has been certified for Isabel 6. He prepares the national and foreign payments in the accounting package and synchronises with Isabel 6. Occasionally, he enters urgent payments manually. Every day, with a click on a button, Mark imports the bank statements into his accounting software for reconciliation. At the beginning of the quarter, he enters the electronic VAT return.
His boss, Lynn, validates and signs the payments for execution. She travels a great deal and wants to be able to sign on her laptop when away from home or the office, or in a hotel. Every day, she expects Mark to e-mail her a consolidated report with the status of ABC Company’s eight accounts in two banks.
