Every Isabel user needs a Secure Signing Card (35.37 EUR excl. VAT) and access to a Card Reader (70.74 EUR excl. VAT). These are one-time charges and not monthly charges. If you lose, damage or “burn” your card (five successive incorrect password entries) you will have to buy a new one.
