Tips designed to enhance security

• Upgrade your Isabel chip card: order a Secure Signing Card (this card typically features a representation of the globe, the Isabel logotype and the words 'Secure Signing') which will replace your existing Smart Card (blue card with marbled background).
  
  
• Always keep your Secure Signing Card in a safe place.
  
  
• Never leave your Secure Signing Card in the card-reader when you are not working with Isabel.
  
  
• Never lend your Secure Signing Card to anyone else.
  
  
• Select a password that you, and you alone, can easily remember.
  
  
• Do not write your password down. Learn it inside out and keep it secret.
  
  
• Never give your password to anyone else.
  
  
• Change your password regularly.
  
  
• Never enter your password while someone else can see it. If your password becomes known to anyone else, change it as quickly as you can.
  
  
• Block immediately your chip card if your Secure Signing Card is lost or stolen.
