General Management Department

A whole range of functions fall within the remit of the general management department. Isabel’s project managers handle the day-to-day running of the projects, while the Security Staff work on maintaining and enhancing the high level of security and protection that are found within every Isabel solution and service.
The PMO team is responsible for managing the entire project portfolio, from release to maintenance portfolio at Isabel. The team consists of Project Managers who run the various IT and business projects and programmes for both in-house and external customers.
Furthermore, the change management team handles the coordination for maintaining and improving our commercial applications, such as Isabel 6 and Zoomit.
As the name suggests, the release coordinator is responsible for coordinating the various software releases.

The IT Department is the biggest in the company and comprises about 90 people who work on developing innovative and effective applications for our customers.

Isabel listens carefully to its customers via its Product Management, Sales, Go-To-Market and Customer Care Departments. Isabel staff in these areas provide the right solutions to satisfied Isabel customers via several channels.
"Marketing & Sales are Isabel’s sensors and antennae. We listen to what’s going on in the marketplace and what end-users need are – then we analyse the complaints and requests that come in from Isabel customers and make adjustments to improve our solutions. Isabel works both proactively with Sales and reactively with an Account Team."

We are the administrative backbone of the company.
- The Human Resources team ensures that the right people are on board and are fully committed to the task in hand.
- The Facilities team gives everyone a place to work so that they can carry out their daily tasks as comfortably as possible.
- Number-crunching at Isabel is closely monitored by our Accounting and Audit teams. They make sure that our customers are billed correctly and that our suppliers are paid on time.
- Maintaining close links with these suppliers is in the hands of the Procurement team.
- And in the background, the legal Department monitors the company’s rights and obligations.
