Isabel eInvoice via UnifiedPost

UnifiedPost optimizes all invoice streams of sme’s and large companies via its communication platform. The platform both gives access to the Isabel eInvoice community and offers a solution for printed invoices. This way you can perfectly meet your customers needs: an electronic invoice via Isabel eInvoice if your customer prefers an electronic invoice, a paper invoice if your customer prefers a printed invoice. Both the electronic and the paper invoices are legally archived on the UnifiedPost platform in the same environment.

How it works?

All outgoing invoices are sent from your ERP system to the UnifiedPost platform. If your customer is a member of the Isabel community and he prefers to receive an electronic invoice, the invoice is sent electronically. On the UnifiedPost platform the invoices are converted to the standard format (BMF 100) and sent to the secure Isabel mailbox of your customer.

Customers who are no member of the Isabel community receive a printed invoice in expectation of their connection to the community.
