Card Activation
  1. Identify yourself
  2. Register your card
  3. Retrieve your temporary PIN code
  • Insert your eID card in the Easy Banking Business Card Reader or Isabel Card Reader. This will enable us to read your identity data.
    Please make sure your Easy Banking Business or Isabel Card Reader is connected.
    Please make sure to insert your eID Card in the Easy Banking Business or Isabel Card Reader.
  • You will then be asked to enter the PIN code of your eID card.
  • After entering your PIN you will be automatically directed to the next step.

If you have not installed the eID software yet, please install it and reboot your PC. You can test afterwards if the eID software has been correctly installed.
